This wine is peppery, with profound dark berry fruit, accented by silky tannins and delicate oak nuances. Windblown evokes southern France but is a true reflection of the Texas High Plains AVA

˚ Le Grand Moulin Bordeaux  • $15

The color is concentrated and youthfully radiant.  A fine, spicy nose and ripe dark fruit precedes a supple, soft attack that leads into freshness and fruit. The palate is smooth and generous, enveloped with polished tannins

 ˚ Santa’s Little Helper Red Blend  • $15

We all need a little help during the Holidays. Santa’s Little Helper makes these celebrated Holiday moments go down smooth!  This rich California Red blend shows voluptuous fruit and is smoother than Santa’s exit

˚ Christopher Michael Red Blend  • $15

The base of this blend is Merlot which lends fresh red and blue fruit to the aromatics and brings a lushness to the palate. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds layers of cassis and currant while the Syrah ties it all together. There's a touch of Tannat that provides the structural framework

 ˚ Keermont Cabernet Sauvignon  • $35

This is quite a serious vintage with a complex bouquet of ripe red berry fruit, and cedarwood. The palate is full bodied, but gentle.  Tannin structure is full and dense and coats the palate while the natural acidity keeps the ripe fruit in check. Savory notes of cloves add character to the bright strawberry and cassis flavors which linger into a long, structured finish

 Firesteed Pinot Noir  • $17

The Pinot Noir comes from a parcel of Pinot Noir in Saint Pourçain on chalky clay-limestone soils. It is fermented and aged in tank, preserving crisp and crunchy red fruit typical of Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley

 Maison L’Envoye Moulin-a-Vent Gamay  • $23

A showy entrance of floral potpourri, maraschino cherry and wild blackberry. Shows off the typical muscularity of Moulin-a-Vent with grippy tannins, and a fuller body. The palate is harmonious with concentration and energy. Finishes long with touches of spice cake and touches of earth

 Cune Rioja Crianz • $16

Made from a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo. The wine feels lighter for typical rioja, with concentrated blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry tastes, and notes of vanilla, mocha, and herbs in the background

Domaine du Petit Clocher Anjou • $18

This is an attractive, black-fruit-driven wine. Light tannins and acidity are well integrated and balanced with the fruit

 La Capranera Aglianico • $17

Full-bodied and bursting with fresh red berries with a hint of dark chocolate and spice. A perfect match with mature cheeses, braised short ribs, or grilled meats

 Zenato Valpolicella  • $17

This Valpolicella Superiore offers aromas of wild berries, black currants, black cherries, and spices, with hints of chocolate. On the palate, the wine is dry and robust with velvety texture

 Vera de Estenas, Utiel-Requena Bobal  • $13

This 100% Bobal is medium-bodied and shows a mix of bright black and red fruits, spice, and minerals, while maintaining moderate alcohol and high acidity. The result is a red wine that’s friendly with a wide variety of meats, especially game

Reuben & Flora Carmenere & Cabernet Sauvignon Blend  • $12

Fruit-forward, lush and dry with an aroma of black fruits, chocolate and coffee; soft and silky with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste. This handsome Carménère is brilliant, with dark reflections and an expressive character

Henry of Pelham Baco Noir  • $15

This red wine is made from the Baco Noir grape. It has lots of dark berry fruit character, blackberries, and blueberries. A great red wine from our friendly neighbors to the north, Canada

 Estampa Malbec • $15

Meaty blackberry aromas come with overt accents of tobacco and herbs. The palate on this Malbec is textured, while herbal blackberry and black currant flavors are spicy and show mild green undertones on the finish

 Skyfall Red Blend  • $16

Wonderful berry fruit on the nose with integrated oak notes woven throughout. On the palate black cherry and blackberries mingle with spice and oak notes. A broad and rich wine with a long, elegant finish

Bodegas Ego 'El Goru' Red Blend  • $15

This wine stands out because of its intense aroma of red and ripe fruit, pleasant creaminess and touches of toasted tones. It is fruity, flavorful in the mouth, meaty and toasted with soft and ripe tannins
